We recently changed our mission statement to better describe what we do! Here is our new statement:
A professional network providing education and support for individuals working in Long Term Care to promote the retention of direct care workers; facilitate culture change within organizations to person centered care models; and increase access to the latest high-quality, relevant and cost-effective training.
